Our Micro scooters Eagle and Condor are now legally allowed in Switzerland. Drivers can use them on all the passages where normal bicycles are allowed.

For all the people not knowing exactly what an electric scooter is. Here a quick description: Electric scooters are defined as motorized bicycles propelled by human power or by a combination of human power and an electric motor. Electric scooters are easy to ride and let you breeze up and down hills without even breaking a drop of sweat. The Micro Eagle and Micro Condor can speed up to 30km/h and can be driven legally at maximum 20km/h on public roads. These scooters are a perfect commuting option without the hassle of traffic and crowded public transportations. . 

 

And now finally they are officially allowed on Swiss bicycle roads. The technical requirements consist of passing brake-tests, namely of two individual brakes, as well as having rear and front lights. Micro has verified the brakes’ performance thoroughly through an independent testing laboratory. Furthermore, each customer will get an allowance certificate for his gadget, hereby a driving license or the wearing of a helmet are not necessities.
