How do I connect the Micro Smart Egg to the app?
Download the Smart Micro Egg app to your smartphone or tablet. Shake the Smart Micro Egg to activate it and attach it to the handlebar rod of your scooter. Connect the Smart Micro Egg to your smartphone, following the instructions in the app.
On which scooter models does the Smart Micro Egg fit?
The Smart Micro Egg fits all Micro Scooter models.
I already have a Micro Scooter. Can I also buy the Smart Micro Egg as an accessory?
The Smart Micro Egg is available in combination with the Mini Micro Deluxe (Aqua, Lavender and Navy Blue). It can also be purchased separately as an add-on if you already own a Micro Scooter.
What devices can I connect the Smart Micro Egg to?
You can connect the Smart Micro Egg to a smartphone or tablet. For Android the operating system is anything over and including 5.0 Lollipop and for iOS it is iOS 11 and up.
On the TV, the Smart Micro Egg Game can be used via screen mirroring. Please note that this may cause some delay in the movements of the avatar.
Where can I download the app?

Will the Smart Micro Egg app cost me anything?
No, the app is free of charge. There are no costs in the app either.
How is the Smart Micro Egg charged?
The Smart Micro Egg is charged using its charging cable (DC 3.5 mm), which is included in the box. The charging time is 2 hours until the Egg is fully charged.
Can I connect two Smart Micro Eggs to the same smartphone at the same time?
No, as only one user at a time can operate the screen of the smartphone. However, it is possible to connect several Smart Micro Eggs to one account on different devices.
How do I attach the Smart Micro Egg to the scooter?
Fix the Smart Micro Egg to the upper third of the handlebar rod using the blue fixing strap.
It is important that your scooter is aligned straight when you start the game, so that the avatar is calibrated correctly and does not take a crooked position.
Is the game played online or offline?
Both are possible. The tutorial and “Beat the Clock” can be played in offline mode. In Race Mode, children can play online, together with friends.
Is there a warranty on the Smart Micro Egg?
According to the legal warranty, defective goods can be claimed within two years.
